Role Overview
The AVP – Supply Chain Management will design and optimize Grocifu’s national supply chain network, ensuring cost efficiency, vendor performance, and inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop national supply chain strategy
• Vendor negotiations & contract management
• Inventory planning & demand forecasting
• Reduce procurement and logistics cost
• Improve fill-rate & reduce stock-outs
• Implement supply chain tech solutions
• Lead procurement & planning teams
Requirements:
• 14–18 years in Supply Chain / Procurement
• Experience in Retail / Grocery / E-commerce
• Strong vendor network across North India
• Advanced knowledge of ERP & SCM tools
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
