Role Overview
The Recruitment Manager will lead hiring for operations, warehouse, corporate, and city expansion roles while building a strong employer brand for Grocifu.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media
• Conduct screening & coordinate interviews
• Maintain recruitment pipeline & hiring dashboard
• Reduce time-to-hire
• Support onboarding & induction processes

Requirements
• 3–6 years in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
• Experience hiring for operations & startup roles preferred
• Strong sourcing and screening skills
• Familiarity with ATS and hiring metrics
• Excellent communication skills
