Refunds are applicable when:
– Return request is approved
– Order is cancelled before dispatch
– Item is unavailable after payment

– Refunds are processed to the original payment method
– Timeline: 5–10 working days depending on bank/payment gateway

– Partial refunds may apply for missing or damaged items in multi-item orders.

– Refunds for COD orders may be processed via bank transfer or wallet, as applicable.
