Role Overview
The Head of Operations – North India will lead regional operations strategy, warehousing, last-mile delivery, vendor coordination, and P&L ownership across the North zone.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end regional operations
• Manage warehouses, logistics partners & city leads
• Drive cost optimization & service-level improvements
• Ensure 95%+ on-time delivery performance
• Oversee regional P&L and operational budgeting
• Build scalable SOPs for multi-city expansion
• Lead and mentor large cross-functional teams

Requirements
• 14–18 years in operations (E-commerce / FMCG / Retail preferred)
• Strong multi-city operations experience
• Proven leadership of 100+ team size
• Expertise in supply chain & logistics optimization
• Data-driven decision-making ability
