The Head of HR Operations will lead talent acquisition, HR compliance, payroll governance, performance systems, and workforce planning as Grocifu scales operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Build HR frameworks for scaling organization
• Lead hiring for operations, tech & city teams
• Implement performance management systems
• Drive employee engagement & retention
• Ensure statutory compliance & payroll accuracy
• Develop leadership pipeline strategy

Requirements
• 14–18 years in HR Operations / HR Leadership
• Experience in high-growth startups preferred
• Strong knowledge of labor laws & compliance
• Proven experience scaling teams from 100+ employees
• Strong stakeholder management skills
