Role Overview
The Purchase Manager will manage vendor sourcing, price negotiations, and inventory procurement to ensure cost-effective and uninterrupted supply operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and onboard new vendors (FMCG, staples, household categories)
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and credit terms
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams
• Ensure timely procurement aligned with demand forecasts
• Maintain vendor performance scorecards
• Reduce procurement costs without compromising quality

Requirements
• 3–6 years in Purchase / Procurement (Retail / FMCG preferred)
• Strong vendor negotiation skills
• Understanding of inventory planning
• Good knowledge of Excel & ERP systems
• Strong analytical and coordination skills
